Regardless of the type of business you have, you can use teleseminars to increase your prospects and please you clients. While they are one of the most overlooked marketing tactics, they are also one of the easiest and most effective techniques you can use.
So where do you start when using teleseminars?
1. Training sessions not only show your affiliates how to sell your products but they also allow you to answer any questions your clients may have in connection with the effective use of what they have recently purchased. Whether you are training your affiliates or instructing your clients the recording of the training session becomes a valuable tool you can use on an ongoing basis, as a bonus or as a part of the product under discussion.
2. Do market research. Offer a teleseminar on a specific topic, advertising that you'll answer the top ten questions on the topic. Let them ask questions when they register for the teleseminar. Then just answer the questions. You'll see from the registrations whether or not there is a lot of interest in the topic. Plus the contents of the call are dictated to you by the listeners. You can decide whether or not to develop a product on the topic with these two pieces of information.
3. Adding a revenue stream to the teleseminar registration procedure is a great way to profit from your efforts too. Present the opportunity of a "what's hot" teleseminar on a monthly basis and charge at least $20 for a content filled call. In some markets, providing you have carried out your research and discovered the best price within your niche, you can charge anything between $100 and $250 from each caller. If you want to make your opportunity look even more inviting, add a handout to enhance the teleseminar. You only need 50 people to take you up on your offer and your work will be rewarded well.
4. Offer small group coaching. You can easily handle 10-20 people on a group call. And with that level of individual attention, people are willing to pay a handsome fee. Consider, for example, a very reasonable fee of $100 per month for two group coaching sessions. Now multiply by 20 people in a group. It takes 2 hours of your time - and you're earning $1000 per hour. Not bad for a phone call!
5. With a larger subscriber list or with an exclusive group why not host an open call? All you have to do is be ready and waiting to respond to the questions asked. Some callers will ask questions whereas others will just listen in and give their opinions and comments if they choose to. This makes you look far more accessible in their eyes and an added bonus is that the content of the conversation may well give you ideas for new products in the future.
These techniques can easily be put into practice and with a combination of two or more of these you are sure to see your business expand and your bottom line grow.
