Most women are treated unfairly in the Corporate World, they work for 10% of their true worth, they sacrifice far more than the men due to families and other must dos, yet they will stay in the Corporate World and retire, be replaced before they leave and forgotten within 1 to 6 months. All of this for pennies on the dollar. If you are a leader, there are better options.
Stop and put a price on your worth. What are you worth per month? List all the sacrifices that you currently make for the Corporation and compare that with your monetary gains. I spent over 12 years in Corporate America. Most of that time was as an Executive in a Fortune 50 Company and I can tell you that the sacrifices are NOT worth it. I was working so hard that I could not see the price I was paying, nor build the wealth that I and my family deserved, but those days are gone. Times are great.
