Can Hypnosis Really Help You Lose Weight?

Do you ever wonder if there is validity to the claim that hypnosis aids in weight loss? Luckily for you, there is. Weight is nothing more than mass, and as Einstein postulated, mass is related to energy. Energy is just waves of moving particles. Hypnosis alters those waves and changes their frequencies.

It is clear that hypnosis is related to weight loss. Even science supports that fact because it says that energy and mass are related. Of course science is always finding new things and doesn't know absolutely everything about how energy works. But the basis of the connection is definitely sound.

Maybe you are a little confused about how weight loss hypnosis actually works. Is an overweight person put under hypnosis and just left there for a week? Will they lose some weight that way? Probably not. Hypnosis for weight loss doesn't work that way.

Hypnosis and weight loss represent the body as mental and physical conditions respectively. The mind drives the body. When you are busy at work, you sometimes forget lunch. When you have nothing to think of (like watching TV), you munch away like there as no tomorrow.

Is it possible to use hypnosis so you just don't feel hungry? Yes! Lots of busy people retrain their brains to skip lunch every day because they don't have the time. Business executives do this all the time. Hypnosis works in much the same way, by retraining the brain and giving the subconscious mind the suggestion that you feel full. It's perfectly scientific and legitimate.

Under the careful supervision of a trained hypnotist who knows what he or she is doing, a person under hypnosis can explore childhood experiences. Metaphysics maintains that negative energy over past traumatic experience is sometimes bottled up in the body as fat. If you resolve leftover feelings from childhood, the fat will melt away. It requires the patient to be introspective and willing to talk about negative emotions, but in time it does work.

We also store extra fat in our bodies because our brain is sending the wrong signals to our bodies. A friend of mine skips breakfast every morning because she's overweight. Little does she know that it's actually making her gain even more weight! She's going 16 hours at a stretch without anything to eat, so she's causing her brain to send signals to her body that say she's starving, so it had better store up fat to protect itself. Changing those mental signals is going to help her lose weight, not skipping breakfast.

In summary, there is a clear relationship between hypnosis and weight loss. Try it out, find what works for you, and have a big picture point of view. If you are serious about your weight loss, then you'll find that hypnosis could be just the leg up you are looking for.
