Easy Fat Burning Food Diet

I'm going to give you some very good news if you've been struggling with food choices and trying to find how to fit exercise in your lifestyle. This is something I fought with and thanks to some magical beans, I now have the golden eggs. Seriously, I want to tell you about fat burning foods. To some, that may as well be the goose that laid the golden egg because it is a workable way to lose fat quickly.

Not until a few years ago did these named foods even have a place in the nutritional guides. But today they tell us goodies like apples and blackberries, pineapples and carrots (not combined, fortunately), are actually very good for us and are foods that burn more calories than they put on our bodies! I recently studied the group of yummy foods and indeed it's true.

But not to throw water on anyone's campfire, there is a caveat. You do have to exercise some in order for the foods to have their full effect of burning those pounds away. When I first heard this, I thought that there is no difference in these so called fat burning foods than anything else I eat, if I have to go jog it off. But I found out that the exercise sets the metabolism going and the foods kick into high gear.

Fortunately, there are hundreds of cases of people who lost weight using this regime. And even the reviews on fat burning websites state that these foods can be very useful in a diet of moderate exercise and good strategy. I know I need to exercise - I was just wishing I could do it more like Captain Kirk did in some 3D hologram. Might as well have fun, no?

So I put the fat burning foods to the test right in my home. I purchased the foods and stayed right on the diet of meals made with them and then I included moderate exercise - which for me means jogging on the beach and bouncing on the mini trampoline. Over two weeks I took my body fat measurement and I did see a loss in weight - about 6 pounds. With more vigorous exercise, I could have lost even more.

Professor Michael Zemel of the University of Tennessee Nutrition and Medicine states that dairy, when used in a diet, can double weight loss when compared to a diet poor in dairy products. What happens is the calcium breaks down the fat cells and that is just a wonderful thing. So this means you need to find dairy low in fat as well. No ice cream diet here.

In fact, even if you try to eat the right foods, the time of day you eat them can have a negative affect on what you're trying to accomplish. For instance, eating late in the day where there is no time to work it off. And if you haven't heard, a study was done with women and breakfast. Turns out, the gals that ate more carbs and lean protein in the morn that those who opted to skip or eat very little for breakfast, lost and average of 40 pounds! The other skimpers only lost 9 pounds.

Here are your fat burning foods - lemons, turnips, mushrooms, grapefruit, broccoli, limes, beans, cherries, walnuts, eggplant, blackberries, spinach, pumpkin, oranges, pineapple, carrots, fava beans, and dried fruits. Thanks to Professor Zemel we can have a few slices of cheese in there as well to round it off. Find a good strategy to follow with your fat burning foods and you'll be set for a healthier you!
