Ninety percent of bad breath is said to be caused by oral bacteria. On the back of the tongue, these little bacteria like to hide and make your breath stink! So get rid of that bacteria hiding around in your mouth and you'll be on your way to fresh breath!

Bacteria can flourish in the mouth, between the teeth and on the tongue, especially after eating food. Particles of food can be stuck between the teeth or in the gum line and the bacteria will then begin to thrive on it. This is where the problem of bacteria caused bad breath begins.

Getting Rid of the Oral Bacteria

The tongue is one of the biggest culprits of bad breath. Bacteria loves the texture, thus allowing it to build and grow without much concern. Also, when a person is brushing or flossing their teeth everyday, it's easy to forget about the tongue! So brush and floss your teeth everyday, but also don't forget to scrape and cleanse your tongue!

Gum, mints, and mouthwashes don't get rid of the odor-causing bacteria in the mouth. A person must fully dislodge the bacteria by brushing and flossing to make sure that the bacteria is gone.

Finding an effective cure for bad breath can be liberating for you. When you have eliminated bacteria from your mouth, you will be able to exude confidence when talking to people because you know that you have found a cure for bad breath that works.
