Will eating yogurt help victims of yeast infection to limit this painful and weakening medical problem? The answer to this question is not straightforward. You should also note that yogurt that is made from cow's milk which is non organic may have several unwanted aspects. Cow's milk often contains many antibiotics because these were injected into the cows in order to boost their milk production. Not only this, but cow's milk products are not as easy to digest because they were originally for calves and not for human organisms. Where possible use organic sheep and goats milk's which are thought to be more beneficial in cases of yeast infections.

Organic yogurt which contains no added sugar can help to reduce candidiasis symptoms. You should avoid excessive consumption of such dairy products however, because of the heavy mucus that milk products stimulate and the allergies that can contribute to more Candida overgrowth.

Candidiasis is a complex phenomenon and can be brought on by a number of different factors. Therefore yogurts or any other food elements will not in themselves replace the necessary full treatment of this issue. Adding such probiotic foods to your food plan is good, but only the first step of a complete holistic solution.
