Description
The description of this Category is “ a random group of Resources with no other place to call home”.
Overview
As I glance at the Resources included in the Screen Shot, I see some neat and handy ones such as Scroll Bars, Font Packages, Popup Setup, and Picture Gallery Maker. These are just a few of the very useful Resources. Most were obtained free, but it took time and research to acquire them.
AirRoboForm, a form filler program, has been placed in the Utility Category as well.
Do not overlook the identified item Finding Your Niche Video.
Summary
Items identified in this group do not seem to fit into any particular Category, although I am sure if I had spent more time analyzing them, I could have found places for them. What I have done is called “taking the easy way out”.
This perhaps would appear to be the least interesting and perhaps the least useful Category; however, all of these perhaps “little used Resources” are in one place, and not scattered around in other Categories, where they may marginally belong.
Wait – I see some other items of interest, how about Java Magic, How to Install Video Scripts, How to Spy on Everything, DocToText, and Countdown Creator. It could be this Category is not as useless and uninteresting as we all thought, “we all” of course is ME.
RESELL RIGHTS, ARTICLES, CONTENT, BRANDING
Description
Resell Rights
Gives the right to resell a product. This can apply to both physical and digital products. Where digital products are concerned, you resell the product and keep 100% of the profits without losing the enjoyment of the same product, because digital products are duplicable in nature.
Resell Rights represents a large segment of product sales, particularly in the resale of eBooks.
If you are publishing your own eBook for Resale, you must consider what Rights you are passing along to buyers.
The Different Types of Resell Rights
Basic Resell Rights
You have the right to resell the product, but your customer does not have the right to resell it to another. You keep 100% of the profit for every sale made by you.
Master Resell Rights
You have the right to resell the product and also pass the rights to your customers. Your customers can in turn resell the same product to their customers. The Master Resell Rights can either be bundled together with the purchase of the product or purchased separately from the product.
Private Label Rights – These Rights are the most discussed
This is the best of all of the Resell Rights. Buying Private Label Rights usually gives you the product in any way you like, put your own name on it, sell Resell Rights, or even sell Master Resell Rights to others, and basically use and treat the product as if it were your own creation.
Give Away Rights
You can pass on Product Rights for free. In most cases; however, you cannot resell and/or edit the product.
Royalty Rights
You have to pay the original product author a percentage of every sale of the product made by you. This right normally applies to physical products, such as books found in bookstores.
I have no idea how enforceable any of the above rights are. I suspect it depends on how popular the product is, how well it sells, and the price it sells for. To track a product through its entire life cycle, from buyer to seller etc., would seem to be a major undertaking.
Description
Articles and Content
Articles equate to Content, because Articles consist of Content. It is not uncommon to see these two words used in unison, or interchangeable in use.
Articles provide information on a variety of subjects, not only for information, but as an aid when used on websites to help increase Search Engine Rankings. If Internet searchers see relevant Content/Articles on a website, they are more likely to read the Articles. Because Articles tend to be focused on a topic, and that focus leads to repeated use of specific keywords, that repeated usage leads to higher Search Engine rankings.
Description
Branding
· Branding is a form of personalization, making something your own, that can be passed on from you to a recipient and from recipient to recipient.
· When people think about Branding, they think about an Image or a Logo associated with a product or a company.
· Some define Branding as the process of applying an existing Brand to a generic product such as a recent purchase, or it could be applied to an unbranded eBook.
Branding is clearly more than a Logo or Image. It is the personality and soul of a company.
Branding is as much about perception of a product (how it is perceived), as about the actual product itself.
Overview
I have identified a good mix of Resell Rights and Article Resources as noted in the Screen Shot. I have also included some Branding Resources which are applicable to eBooks. eBooks have a very close relationship to Resell Rights, but I have chosen to put Branding in this Resell Category, with a note about it in the eBook Category.
Referring to the Screen Shot, there are so many similar names that it is quite possible there is some duplication of information, although I have tried to avoid it. I have looked at many of the Resources in depth, and others only briefly. I am sure that all of the information necessary to become a Reseller is identified in the Screen Shot.
I have identified many PLR (Private Label Rights) Articles, among them is PLR Articles Galore.
Article Page Machine is a nice program that creates a basic product page. Check out Article System as well.
Take a good look at the following identified Branding programs, Brandible Zip, eBrander, DeadEasy Brander, and PDF Power Brand. All programs have excellent usage instructions.
Page Brand Generator, must be checked out – it is at the top of the list.
Name Brand Syndicator is new and is interesting. I have also included it in the eBook Category.
A newly acquired Resource is identified as PDF Stamper which is also in the eBook Category.

Summary
Before I summarize this Category, I want to point out a spelling problem with the words brandible & brandable. Neither of these words appear in the dictionary, but enter either of these words into Google, and each provides results.
In addition to the APM program there are three other Resources that are quite impressive. They are Resell Rights Empire, Resell Rights Profits, and Art of the Content. There is also a nice program titled Article Magic which requires the eBook fix to open it.
The Page Brand Generator which I purchased recently appears to be an excellent program. I hope to make use of it when this eBook has been completed.
I recently added Orwell to my list of Article/Content Resources, and removed it a couple days later due to intermittent problems. This is supposedly a great program, but I have read a few reports which indicated unresolved problems, usually associated with using the Windows XP computer operating system.
The Identified Articles, PLR, and Branding Resources in my opinion are the best available at this time.
All in all, I have pointed out some great Resources, and the big PLUS is they are all identified in one big Screen Shot.
SALES/SELLING
Description
The description of Sales is self explanatory – you have a product or service to sell, you prepare it to sell from your website, through eBay, or by some other means, and than you SELL IT.
Overview
If you plan to sell or have recently started to sell or even if you are an experienced seller, more than likely one or more of my identified Resources will be of interest to you.
I have acquired more than 60 important Resources which are identified in the Screen Shot. Some I purchased, some are bonuses or gifts, and others I found by doing Internet searches. I have Resources covering all aspects of Product Sales including Sales Creation Pages and Download Creation Pages.
Sales Creation/Letter Pages include Sales Page Builder, Sales Page Rapid Fire, Sales Letter Creator, Sales Page Wizard, Sales Page Generator, Sales Letter Generator Pro, Order Page Magic, and Vend-o-matic.
Sales Letter Creator and Sales Letter Generator Pro are identical programs. I like the technique for building the letter, especially the fact that you can preview the page at any time during the creation.
I created a page using Sales Letter Creator. I was very impressed with the easy of creation and the resulting page. One big plus is that a preview of the page being created is available at all times. There are two places where Images are required, the Header and the Cover.
Sales Page Wizard is a great program with many very good bonuses. Once opened, select triple bonus1 to locate the executable creation program. This program is configured as though you have a website. The Image requirements are based on being able to access your website to acquire them in order to place on the Sales letter Page. When the program is installed, there are typically 2 shortcuts accessible by locating them on the hard drive by selecting Sales Page Wizard as it appears on the program list. There is no preview available during the creation process.
Sales Page Rapid Fire is another very good program, and creates the page very similar to Sales letter Creator.
Download Page Creators include Download Page Generator, Download Page Maker, and Thank You Page Maker.
Most of my identified Resources have been opened, analyzed, and used briefly to verify their capability. Each time I browse through my list of Resources I say to myself, “What a Great List”, I wish I had access to these or similar ones when I was a Newbie.
Free To Sell is a Resource that requires more than a quick look. In addition to some good Sales information, there are many product oriented Images.
The Desktop Followup is a revolutionary Autoresponder, a good product for desktop use.
Recent acquisitions of Ultra Money Typoon, Slide-In Ads, and Thomas Choo Killer Sales Letters are worth a look.
Click Magnet is a very slick program, check it out.
A very recent addition indicated in the Screen Shot is Mini Report Generator – this is really OK.
Link protection is an important element in all Sales Links. I have identified some good Resources in the Screen Shot. Including Smart Links V2, Download Page Protector, MyLinkGuard, and Pay Lock Generator.
There are a few sophisticated Link Protector programs, however they require script installation experience. A program of this type is Download Protector selling on eBay for $15. This type program works closely with PayPal using the IPN feature. This type program typically requires installation on a website.
Ezylink Expire, identified in the Screen Shot, is well publicized software that I purchased awhile back, but I did not have the expertise to install it. It operates in conjunction with a website and requires Data Base expertise. Later I paid $10 to have it installed on my personal website, and used it for awhile, but intermittent operation disappointed me. The installation perhaps was faulty.
Summary
This Category is of extreme importance in the overall aspect of Internet Marketing. Take note of the following expressions: Where there are sales, there is income. Where there is income, there is hope. Where there is hope, there can be a viable Business. In case you haven’t noticed, there is much HOPE in this totally complete Reference Manual, especially in the Sales Category.
I prefer the Sales Letter Creator and the Sales Page Rapid Fire for the creation method. I prefer the final output of the Sales Page Wizard, but I feel the necessity of a website being closely involved could be a handicap for some.
As us old Salesmen (sales persons) say “nothing happens until you make a sale”. That quote is from the old days. Now nothing happens until YOU make it happen. To help make it happen is what this eBook is all about.
One Category by itself does not provide all of the Resources required to excel in the overall subject of Internet Marketing. The relationship of Category to Category to Category provides the “Whole Ball of Wax”.
By utilizing the many Resources identified in the Screen Shot, your SALES DREAMS can become a reality, and something will Really Be Happening.
The Sales Letter Creator/Generator programs are actually creating pages on which the Sales Letters reside.
Any time a page is being created whether a Sales Page or a Web Page, it is very important that a preview of the on-going creation is available at all times. The only programs providing this feature are Sales Letter Creator, Sales Letter Generator Pro and Sales Page Rapid Fire. This is not a flaw in the program, because the resultant page that is created is really what defines the true value of the program.
I acquired many programs in order to use some, to learn more about some, to resell some, and to giveaway some. That is truly the “some” of it all.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Description
SEO is the practice of creating a website that it is considered to be Search Engine friendly. If a website can be properly spydered (read & analyzed) by the various Search Engines, it has far more chance of achieving good results. The end result of SEO is to achieve a high Search Engine Ranking.
When used in conjunction with Search Engines, the word spider is many times spelled as spyder.
One of the popular methods used by Webmasters is to optimize a website using Search Engine oriented Keywords.
Other popular methods are through the use of good and ever changing Content, and making good use of Link management.
Overview
I have identified three very good, also free, executable programs. They are SEO Studio Lite, SEO Surf New, and Web CEO. I am sure that anyone looking for SEO software could find these programs among the list of many.
I have installed and used briefly all three of the above programs. I have analyzed briefly the professional versions of these programs as well. Unless you want to delve heavily into SEO, the free programs are powerful enough to suffice.
I have identified five SEO information packages that provide a vast amount of information. They are identified as SEO Articles, SEO Forums, SEO Keywords and Tips, SEO Submit, and SEO Tools.
I recently acquired Rank Enhancer, a very nice program, which I have included in the Design Category as well.
The program SEO Surf New is a great tool for doing SEO Analysis, Keyword Research, and Back Link Analysis.
A good group of SEO tools is indicated as SEO Power Strategies.
SEO Tool is a nice program that is very easy to use – check it out.
Index Bomb is good program for use in checking Search Engine listings.
Check out Keyword Magnet – a valuable and interesting SEO tool.
Summary
SEO is identified closely with Website design. I mentioned it briefly in the Design Category Summary. Most of the items in this Category could have been included in the Design Category; however, I felt that SEO is so important in Search Engines rankings that it deserved a Category of it’s own.
Although SEO is a broad subject, I have identified in the Screen Shot only the most important items that provide in depth coverage of the subject.
My list of identified Resources may appear limited in relation to this very important Category, but I believe that all of the Resources necessary to provide good Search Engine Optimization are within your grasp.
Other important factors, which are a vital part of SEO, are Linking and Article Content which are discussed in their own particular Categories.
TEMPLATES
Description
A Template is a framework for web pages and websites. Think of a Template as a starting point for your pages. Templates have a number of layout areas, some can be edited and others cannot. The areas that are editable are for entering content. The areas not editable are used to control the layout and the page format. Advanced users can alter Templates to customize the appearance of a website.
When used with a website, Templates incorporate a coordinating theme (navigation bars etc.), but have predefined areas where text can be added.
Templates may specify a specific page layout by determining where graphics and text are positioned on the page.
Many Templates can be edited only by the use of special software such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver. If the extensions are .PSD or .PSP, special software is required such as Photoshop or similar. Templates created with html can easily be edited using a standard html editing program such as Notepad as well as with the above noted software.
Overview
Many of the Screen Shot indicated Resources were acquired from various sources. One purchased item, identified on the Screen Shot as iProfit Template Package is listed regularly on eBay. This is a great product and it comes with many features. I am not sure whether the total package can be accessed from a paid access or not. Some of the package items are linked to my computer, but most of it should be accessible.
I have indicated on the Screen Shot only a few Template Resources. Most of these are free except for the iProfit package. The 306 Web Templates is an item that is often for sale on eBay.
Some of the files/folders open a bit unusual and patience is a must. Most are zipped, and unless unzipped properly, the results will not be useful. The large files unzip slowly. Always unzip to a pre-determined folder.
There are times when extraction of the zip file will not work, and double clicking without extraction sometimes will open the file correctly.
Most of the Template packages utilize a lot of memory, for example the 60 pro-psd templates is 200 megabytes in size. This is a great package with a variety of templates. I have looked at many of them, and have done editing of a few.
I have identified two versions of 306 Templates. There are tutorials to aid in editing. Be sure to follow them exactly.
PDF Templates are in the eBook Category also. There is a nice variety of easy to edit Templates. The selected Template is used on every page of the eBook. I found that if the eBook has more than a few pages, it is rather tricky to configure the extra pages using cut and paste techniques.
I have identified some Adsense Templates which I placed in the Adwords/Adsense Category as well.
In the Header Category and in the Image Category there is a Resource identified as PDART. I have identified it in this Category as well because of the mixed Resources. This is a great package.
Summary
A main problem with Templates is they are relatively useless unless they can be easily edited. Only a very few can be used “right out of the box”. Most templates require the use of special software. In the Image Category I discuss software and Image extensions such as .PSD and .PSP. Many Templates are formatted with these extensions.
Another concern with Templates is that Button and Header/Banner areas are typically Images and must be treated as such.
To make the best use of Template packages, there should be a relatively easy way to edit them. This is rarely the case, and before purchasing a Template or a Template package, a user should determine what method of editing is required.
Extraction of most packages is slow due to the amount of data involved, and in some cases extraction is not necessary even though directions indicate otherwise.
The two typical methods of editing are using a basic program such as Notepad, or a custom program such as Microsoft FrontPage or Dreamweaver, or Graphics type software.
I have a reasonable amount of experience in website design; however, my experience with Templates has been at times, frustrating.
The identified Template packages are as good as can be found, and will suffice for most all applications.
The identified 100+ Templates is worth checking out.
TRAFFIC + TRAFFIC EXCHANGES
Description
Traffic
Traffic equates to visitors, which hopefully will equate to Sales.
No Traffic = No Sales Actually this equation should probably be No Targeted Traffic = No Sales
Traffic Exchanges
Exchanges are a very popular and a relatively easy way of generating (directing) traffic to a website. Users become members of as many Exchanges as desired. Most Exchanges (300 or more) are free to join. Most have a pay option as well. There are very few Exchanges that are pay only.
Overview
I will not discuss Exchanges in this eBook, but will provide a link to my special 8-page report generated over a four-month period of very active Exchange usage. If there is a better overall report on this subject, I have never seen or heard of it. It is identified on the Screen Shot by the Icon Traffic Exchange Tools.
Read this report for some very enlightening information about automatic clicking software, especially one that is over hyped, Automatic Hits Machine.
There are some great Resources identified in the Screen Shot. I have looked at them all, some in great depth. I have done extensive work evaluating both Traffic and Traffic Exchanges. All of the analysis is in my special Report. See the link following the Summary.
Most of my Resources were obtained free. I purchased Auto Hits Machine, Ezy Auto Hitz, and Start Page Robot through Ebay in order to evaluate them. The operating engine is identical in each of the three. They all use a technique called automatic clicking which incidentally is frowned upon by almost every Traffic Exchange, and most all have installed a means to combat it. There are very few Exchanges that automatic clicking software will work correctly with.
Two of the automatic clicking programs and three of the “entry engines” are in the folder identified as Automatic Click Programs.
The following are very good Resources that require more than a quick look. Hits Generator, Traffic Boost Script, Traffic Jam Brandible, Hit Exchanges, and Internet Traffic Magnets (check this out for sure).
TS Traffic Machine is a nice program. After clicking to open, you must minimize whatever is on the screen in order to view this product, or you can click on the lower tool bar in order to bring it into view.
Be sure to check out the identified item Traffic Exchange Directory. You will be glad you did. The keyword search box may be inactive. This program is different from many others with the same name.
Summary
It is extremely important in an online business as in an off line business to develop Traffic by various means.
The Resources discussed on this page represent some of the best available regardless of the fact that many are free.
There are 3 Resources that stand out a bit from the others: Traffic Jamboree Formula 1 & 2 (basically similar), Hit Exchanges, and Rotation Maker eBook.
Some of the other Categories have Resources that affect both directly and indirectly the amount of Traffic you are striving to receive in order to make your online business a rousing success.

UTILITIES
Description
My description of a utility as it relates to Sales, Marketing, Home Business, etc. is an easy to use program or function that provides a quick solution to a specific job requirement. The following are examples: Quik Zip, Screen Shoot-it, and Daily Reminder.
Overview
I have indicated in the Screen Shot many Utility programs. Utilities serve an important function whether for business purposes or not.
I have used on a regular basis many of the identified Utilities. The ones that I have not used, I have installed and analyzed, some only briefly. The Utility identified as MKWBiz Tools, I placed in theTools category even though I did not think it was particularly applicable there. It is a notes organizer with a few interesting features. It makes a good desktop tool.
Two good and useful programs are Thumbnail It and Scotts Box Maker. The latter I have placed in the eBook Category as well.
Another good utility is Quik Zip. An important feature is that the zipped file generated can be password protected.
Daily reminder has good features and is a handy Utility, especially as a Desktop tool.
Image Grabber is another handy Utility, which I placed in the Image Category also.
AirRoboForm, a form filler program, has been placed in the Miscellaneous Category as well.
I have identified EZ Greet. A great Christmas card creator.
Summary
One of the most useful of all utilities, at least in my opinion, is Screen Shoot-it. I have used it many times, certainly more than 200 times to print whatever is on the monitor. I know there are other similar programs such as Snag It and Screen Grab, which I have used a few times. Screen Shoot-it is so very simple to use, that I actually look for reasons to use it. The only argument against it and all other similar programs, depending on the application, is that you need Image/Graphics software to make the most efficient use of it.
I assume that most users know that the Windows operating system Xp has a built-in zipping system which operates automatically when needed.
Most of the items identified in the Screen Shot have clearly displayed titles. A complete analysis of these items can easily be obtained by entering the title into a Search Engine, and viewing all of the features.
WEBMASTER TOOLS
Description
The Title tells it all.
The Resources indicated in the Screen Shot are in effect the “Tools of the Trade” for any Webmaster. Without the proper Tools, you are like a person afloat in the sea without a paddle. The paddle in this case is “Tools of the Trade”.
Overview
The identified Resources may seem limited especially with my emphasis on Tools of the Trade. Actually this is only a fraction of the Tools (Resources) identified in the various Categories throughout the eBook that are associated with this Category either directly or indirectly.
As in other Categories, many of the Resources can be obtained free, but only if the source is known and can be found. Luckily for all of the readers, I have done all of the research necessary to find and identify them.
There is a neat program identified as MKWBiz Tools. It actually may be a Utility program, and marginal as a Web Tool. It is a notes organizer with a few interesting features. It makes a good desktop tool.
The latest of the Black Label Tools (III) is a great updated edition of Black Label II.
Webmaster Tools is loaded with programs.
You may not be in the Army, but you need the Web Army Knife. Check for it in the Screen Shot.
Another great set of tools is indicated in the Screen Shot as webtoolwizards. It is security sensitive, and opens behind whatever is on the screen. To view it, minimize what ever is on the screen, or select it by clicking the item on the lower tool bar.
Summary
There are many great Resources in this group. It is hard to pick a favorite. I like them all, and have used and/or analyzed most of them if only to become familiar with them.
There is a lot of diversified information available in this Category, and I am sure there is some duplication of items within downloads as well as with downloads from other Categories, especially with the Download Category.
