Apart from setting the specific and clear goals, one can also learn that such teams monitor their progress in pursuing team success. Such progress can be monitored by having regular reviews together between team leaders and members on the progress in achieving both personal and team development to success.
Lastly, a great lesson one can learn from such teams is their continual willingness to grow and learn as a team. The lesson here can also include the importance of encouraging innovation in the team to develop strategies and actions for success in the team.
