It's funny how much we let women fight for their 'nature given' rights. Women should be treated with the up most love and respect in anything we do, after all, they are our women right? However it has been a long journey that is still on going and Cuban cigars just happen to be one of the few things that women and men enjoy together. Although it was never like this.
Women unfortunately had to fight for lots of things since the beginning of time. More so than men had to as in almost all societies, women were always considered as second class citizens. So when Cuban cigar got super popular back in the 1900s, women who were found smoking were considered witches. I don't know what was wrong with people back than but apparently women smoking was a very bad thing.
Since the beginning of time, women have fought for everything throughout the ages and proving people wrong about whatever stupid misconceptions they had about women in general. However, when Hollywood picked up smoking, suddenly everyone started doing it. Plus when women in Hollywood such as Demi Moore started appearing on the cover of famous magazines, than you knew that women and cigar smoking work just fine.
After Hollywood embraced the Cuban cigars soon something amazing happened. Cigar smoking clubs for women started popping up all across the globe. They are not as famous, but I guarantee you that there is at least a few in your town. Women have come a long way and fought a fight they shouldn't have to in the first place. As men, the least we can do is offer them a Cuban cigar. As the spice girls put it "Girl Power!".
