When you think of sunny vacation, the first thing that probably enters your mind is the wonderful beaches of tropical Bahamas or the Caribbean. It is either that or the mesmerizing beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. The third option would probably be somewhere in Florida and it is understandable as Florida is primarily known for its great beaches, particularly those in Miami. However, instead of Florida beaches, why not spend some time in another great Florida tourist attraction?
It is not surprising, then, that the majority of the visitors of these theme parks are families with children. Disney World and Sea World alone are enough to enthrall the children's wonder and interest. Of course, there are also a lot to do for the adults. Orlando is also renowned for its many world-class championship-sized golf courses-some of which are favorite destination spots for golf celebrities like Tiger Woods. There are also lots of activities that both the adults and children can enjoy together. Cirque de Soleil, in particular, is a must-see. When it comes to transportations to these places, you need not worry as they're readily available. Major hotels, in particular, offer complimentary transportation to Orlando's major destination spots so if you're booked in one, you're pretty much covered.
When it comes to weather, Orlando, like most of Florida, comprises two seasons: warm and cool. If you're planning on escaping the winter season in your place, then going to Orlando during January and the first part of February is a good idea. Going during fall is also recommended as it is during this time of the year when tourists are not particularly many. During these months, theme parks and amusement centers tend to be not as crowded, assuring the best experience for you and your family.
