Legal Divorce Forms Made Easy

When utilizing a no fault divorce, its paramount that your papers are correct, and most importantly of all - you have the right form for your state and situation.
This is a very common issue, people tend to believe that their is one form for the whole of the USA.
Since all fifty states now acknowledge the no fault divorce process (New York being the last), a divorce can now be processed with the minimum of fuss and even without a lawyer if you are happy doing this.
There is little paperwork involved, obviously the correct form being essential, plus you may be subject to resubmission fees if the forms/or form itself is incorrect.
My divorce went simply enough, and some have said it went better than the wedding (if that's possible?). What made this easy was the fact that we had prepared thoroughly; we each knew what we were to take from the divorce, and I utilized a lawyer as I don't feel comfortable handling that sort of thing.
My wife was excellent as she represented herself, she oozed confidence, and was totally in control. Unlike myself, all terror and palpitations; I hate formal speaking and officialdom, so tend to avoid these situations wherever possible.
We both walked away with 50% each of the spoils (as planned), and I had a small bill from the lawyer. And that was it.
This is easy to do, and you can do it too. All you need is a little preparation, some research and some co-operation from your ex (by far the toughest part of the process), and your time.
Is this too much to ask? You could walk away with your bank account, credibility and your new life in tact.
Isn't that a bargain for such a little bit of effort.
