Wrinkle Reduction is all the rage these days. With a dizzying array of invasive and non-invasive procedures for looking young, finding what's right for you can be intimidating. Before deciding on an invasive procedure, consider that there are natural, non-invasive processes that can produce very satisfactory wrinkle reduction.
Today, we're going to look at one of those processes. It's just about as simple and natural as it can get, but can pack a serious anti-aging wallop when performed twice per week. We are talking about a Wrinkle Reduction recipe that you can create in the comfort of your own home, virtually free:
Wrinkle Reduction Mask: Use this wonderful concoction in conjunction with the daily use of a high-quality anti aging cream, and you will be pleasantly surprised at how much younger you'll start looking over the course of 4-6 weeks (although you will see great, but less dramatic results instantly after using it). You will need:
3 vitamin E capsules
2 teaspoons yogurt (plain)
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice ( either fresh or from a bottle)
Mix together your yogurt, honey and lemon juice - no blender needed. Once your mix is nice and creamy, prick open the vitamin E caps and squeeze into your mix. Your mask is now ready to apply.
Application: Wash and dry your face. Apply mask to your whole face with a brush (pastry brush or similar). Relax with this soothing mask for 20 minutes. Rinse off, dry and apply a quality anti-aging skin cream. Use twice weekly for the most dramatic results.
